Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to cancel an order, as everything is processed automatically. You can return your order once it has been delivered. 🚛✨

Can I add items to my order?

Unfortunately, this isn’t possible. Our system processes orders automatically, which means we cannot make changes once the order has been placed.
Would you still like to order extra items? You're welcome to place a new order. 😊

Can I place an order and choose a later delivery date?

Unfortunately, that’s not possible. We ship all orders within 24 hours and cannot hold or delay shipments.
Want to receive your items later? We recommend placing your order at a later moment. 📦⏳

My parcel was delivered to a pickup point and is now being returned — what should I do?

Track your parcel using the Track & Trace link. If it was delivered to a pickup point, it will stay there for 7 days before being returned to our warehouse.
If you'd like to receive your order, then please place a new order via our webshop. 📦✨

I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation — what now?

Please contact our customer service — we’ll be happy to check what’s going on together.

I ordered multiple items but didn’t receive everything

We work with multiple warehouses, which means your order may be shipped in parts.
Haven’t received everything within 3 days? Contact us and we’ll look into it for you.

My shipping address is in the UK — do I need to pay Tax & Duties?

Yes, UK orders may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. These charges are determined by UK customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking UK customs regulations beforehand to avoid surprises. 🇬🇧✨

Discount codes

My 10% welcome discount isn’t working

This may be due to one of the following reasons:

- A minimum order value of €50 applies
- The code is only valid for 1 week and may have expired

I didn’t receive my welcome discount after signing up for the newsletter — what now?

After signing up for our newsletter, you should receive your personal discount code via email within a few minutes. Didn’t receive it?

Sizes

What size should I choose for kids’ clothing?

At Oilily, kids’ sizes are based on height. For example: if your child is 100 cm tall, size 104 will be the best fit.
Not sure between two sizes? We recommend sizing up for extra comfort. 👧🧒✨

How do I know which size to choose?

You’ll find a size chart specific to each item on the last product photo.

Shipping

Where is my package?

Once your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link and carrier name.

Is the tracking link not working? Visit the carrier’s website and paste your tracking number in the search bar.

My tracking says 'delivered', but I haven’t received anything

No worries! In many cases, the parcel is delivered to a neighbour — note that PostNL no longer leaves a note.

Sometimes the parcel is marked as ‘delivered’ in advance, but it will actually arrive the next day.

Returns

I can’t register my return

To register your return, use your order number and the email address used to place the order.

Note: the order number starts with #, followed by OI, an underscore (_) and six digits (e.g., #OI_123456).

I’m stuck in the Returnless return process

There may be a few reasons:

- Your return request is older than 30 days
- Not all quantities or return reasons have been filled in

Can I return two orders in one parcel?

"Yes, absolutely! 💚 It’s more sustainable and saves on return costs.

Just be sure to include all packing slips so we can process the returns correctly."

Do I have to pay for my return shipment?

Oilily covers most of the return shipping costs. We only ask for a small contribution from you — this helps us all make more mindful and environmentally conscious choices. 🌱

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size, please return the item and place a new order for the correct size. 👕✨

I returned my order but haven’t received a refund yet

Return processing can take up to 14 days after your parcel has arrived at our warehouse.
You can check when we’ve received your return via the Returnless portal.

How do I best care for my clothing?

Here are some tips to keep your favourite Oilily pieces being beautiful for as long as possible:

🧺 Add a splash of vinegar when washing multiple colours — it helps keep colours fresh and vibrant
📋 Always follow the care instructions on the label
🧶 Lay wool garments flat instead of hanging them — they’ll keep their shape better. Wool also stays nicest when washed as little as possible
