At Oilily, we believe an order is only complete when you're fully satisfied with your items. That’s why we offer the option to return items within 30 days of receipt.
Please note the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging, undamaged and with all tags and labels attached.
- Initiate your return via: https://oilily.returnless.com/en
- Be sure to include the packing list in your return package!
If these conditions are not met, we won’t be able to process your return, and the items will be sent back to you.

Please note that Oilily perfumes, whether opened or unopened, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

At Oilily, we are committed to creating a more sustainable future. As part of this mission, we have made the decision to introduce a small return fee. This change helps us reduce the environmental impact of shipping and returns, which generate unnecessary CO2 emissions and packaging waste.

For orders from the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, return costs are €1.99. You can find the return costs for other international orders in the table below.
To initiate a return:
- Visit https://oilily.returnless.com/en
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Select the items you wish to return and the reason for return.
- Choose your preferred shipping method.
- Pay for your return label.
- After registering and paying, you'll receive your return label or barcode via email. Drop off your package at your chosen carrier's parcel point. Be sure to keep your proof of shipment!
